7 Second Snow Angel Challenge

What is it?

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to complete a Snow Angel, in your swimsuit, for 7 seconds without speaking (so in silence) and the only word you can express is 'COLD' using ASL- American Sign Language. Doing this task will help raise funds to send more kids to camp next summer! Seven second silent snow angel in your swimsuit while signing, will send a kid to camp! Say that 7 times fast! Hey, how about we just go with the "7 Second Snow Angel" challenge!

The goal is to do this crazy task to help raise awareness for the Camp of the Deaf, in Parry Sound, as well as raise funds to send a kid to camp. If you fail to be silent, you will donate $7.00 to help pay for camper sponsorship. It's easy.

Are you ready? Grab your camera and your swimsuit and head outside into the snow. Use hashtag #7secondsnowangel in your videos and tag #CampoftheDeaf as well!

Once you have completed your challenge, you will nominate three people to follow in your footsteps and help us to continue to support children with hearing loss at summer camp!

How to donate:

1. Click the "To Donate, click here" button OR Visit our Bob Rumball Foundation "Canada Helps" Page. This has donation options for all of our agencies. This 7 Second Snow Angel Challenge is to raise funds for the Deaf Camp, specifically.

2. Enter your donation amount (ie: $7.00 or MORE) Please note that a minimum donation of $25.00 is required for a tax-receipt.

3. Click the "Bob Rumball Camp of the Deaf" in the drop-down menu.

4. Include a message (ie: $7.00 for the Snow Angel Challenge).

5. Option of donating in honour of a loved one, friend at camp, or just put "No, thanks".

6. Click "Continue with my donation" to enter the information page where you will input your credit card data, along with your billing address. This follows standard online "check-out" procedures.
